How does the app work?
How does the app work?
THE JAAFIT APP
JAAFIT Training app is developed as a supplement to our equipment and serves as support to use the equipment correctly and create structure in your training. The app is not intended as a standalone solution, but as a practical framework that helps you get started and makes it easier to stick to a routine.
In the app you will find an exercise library with more than 50 exercises, shown and explained by trained coaches. The exercises are based on the included equipment and give you a clear picture of how bands, bar and accessories can be used in practice.
In addition, the app contains several structured programs that guide you through training over time. The programs are built to support progression and variation without making the training overwhelming. They function as an aid for planning and continuity, not as a requirement to be able to use the equipment.
The app also contains a community where members can share experiences and ask questions along the way. Here there is an opportunity to get feedback and find inspiration if doubts arise about using the equipment or training in general.
As part of the app, access to nutrition inspiration in the form of recipes is also included, which can be used as a supplement to an active everyday life.

Frequently asked questions
How do I access the app and the training programs?
You get access to the JAAFIT APP and the training programs by creating your profile via the link in the order confirmation.
What does the JAAFIT APP contain?
The JAAFIT app contains everything you need to get started with effective strength training:
- An exercise library with 50+ exercises, thoroughly shown and explained by our two trained coaches.
- 5 professional video programs that suit different levels and goals.
- An active community with more than 3000 active members.
- 24/7 access to chat with our trained coaches.
What is the difference between JAAFIT PRO and other resistance bands?
JAAFIT PRO is designed to satisfy all training levels from the beginner to the experienced everyday athlete.
JAAFIT PRO's special features are:
- Total resistance: From 5 - 145 kg adjustable resistance, allowing even the most seasoned to get a tough workout at home.
- Natural latex: Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, which is more expensive than standard resistance bands, which are typically made of a cheaper material (TPE plastic). This is necessary to ensure long life and extra good elasticity.
- Training bar with comfortable padding: Our specially designed training bar is manufactured from carefully selected materials that ensure a stable and comfortable training experience.
- Anti-snap carabiner mechanism: Carabiners with a locking mechanism, which eliminates the risk of the band popping out of the carabiner, designed specifically for JAAFIT PRO.
- Reinforced quality accessories: Bar, handles, ankle straps and door anchor, of reinforced quality.
You can find more information on our product page.
What is included in JAAFIT PRO?
JAAFIT PRO contains:
- 100% free access to our rapidly growing online training universe JAAFIT+.
- Here you will find numerous video programs with our two sports-educated trainers Jakob and Andreas. You will also find an exclusive training community with a shared news feed and chat between members as well as our two sports-educated trainers Jakob and Andreas.
- Free e-book with 38 healthy and delicious recipes. The recipes are divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, so you can easily find inspiration for all meals of the day and adapt them to your preferences.
- Solid training bar made of iron with soft and non-slip foam padding. - We give you a comfort guarantee.
- The JAAFIT bar comes in two parts and is assembled into a solid bar by screwing the two parts together.
- 8x latex training bands in the following strengths:
1x5 kg
1x10 kg
1x15 kg
2x20 kg
3x 25 kg - 2x training handles in reinforced indestructible quality, ensuring you the best grip.
- 2x ankle straps that open a world of training possibilities - especially for the legs.
- 1x door anchor with soft foam padding that protects door frames from marks.
- 1x "Anywhere" anchor which makes it possible to train outdoors.
- 4x solid carabiner hooks with locking mechanism, which eliminates the risk of the band snapping out of the carabiner hook.
- 1x JAAFIT travel bag, which can hold the entire set.
What exercises can I do with JAAFIT PRO?
There is no limit to the exercises you can perform with JAAFIT PRO. With our bar, resistance bands, ankle straps and handles, you can train your whole body just as effectively as at the gym.
We recommend that you follow one of our training programs in JAAFIT+, developed by professional trainers, to achieve the absolute best results and the best training experience.
Read more about the JAAFIT app on the app page.
Can JAAFIT PRO be taken on holiday?
We are proud of our user-friendly design that weighs under 3 kg. Our bar can be split into two sections. This makes it easy to transport and therefore fits easily into a bag or suitcase that measures over 53 cm in length.
Please note that although the set can fit into a carry-on suitcase, you should be aware of airline regulations: the rod is classified as dangerous goods and is not permitted as a carry-on item.
How durable are the resistance bands?
After extensive testing we can say with confidence that the risk of the JAAFIT PRO training set breaking is negligible as long as you follow our recommendations.
Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, an extremely flexible and durable material that retains its elasticity and shape over time.
Our recommendations for safe use of JAAFIT PRO:
- Avoid stretching the bands to more than four times their original length.
- Avoid using them on sharp or rough surfaces.
- In the extremely unlikely event that a training band breaks, it will in most cases naturally fall toward the ground. Therefore we recommend training with shoes on. If the above recommendations are followed, the risk of injury is close to 0, even in the unlikely event that a band breaks.
Can I get help if I'm unsure about an exercise?
Of course! As a member of JAAFIT+ you get thorough guidance on all exercises. You also have the option to ask questions about the exercises or other matters to our trainers and the other members via our chat forum in the app.
Does the door anchor damage the door?
No, the door anchor is designed with soft and gentle materials that protect the door surface from scratches and scuffs. As long as the door is sturdy and properly closed, you will not experience it becoming warped or damaged.
Can the door anchor be mounted on both sides of the door?
Our door anchor can in principle be used on both sides of the door, but we recommend that you mount it on the opposite side of where the door opens (that is, the side where the door presses against the frame when closed), or lock the door during use. This ensures the best possible stability and reduces the risk of accidents from the door opening.
