REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We love our customers and want you to have a fantastic experience with us. Therefore we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can use JAAFIT PRO risk-free to test whether it’s right for you.

If you are unexpectedly dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation to process the return.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS
You do not necessarily lose your right of withdrawal if the item has been used, but a depreciation may be applied to the refund if the item is no longer in its original condition.

The item must be free of significant signs of use and returned in proper packaging (bag and cardboard box). If the item is substantially degraded, you may lose your right to a full refund.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also email you when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the purchase amount back within 7–14 business days.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you must follow the instructions:

Under consumer sales law, you have the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt if you regret your purchase. You must notify us in writing of your decision and return the item no later than 30 days after the notification.

If the return is due to a product defect or a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping solution with tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package without confirmed delivery.
