THE JAAFIT APP
JAAFIT Training app is developed as a supplement to JAAFIT PRO and serves as support to use the equipment correctly and create structure in your training. The app is not intended as a standalone solution, but as a practical framework that helps you get started and makes it easier to stick to a routine.

In the app you will find an exercise library with more than 50 exercises, shown and explained by trained coaches. The exercises are based on the included equipment and give you a clear picture of how bands, bar and accessories can be used in practice.

In addition, the app contains several structured programs that guide you through training over time. The programs are built to support progression and variation without making the training overwhelming. They function as an aid for planning and continuity, not as a requirement to be able to use the equipment.

The app also contains a community where members can share experiences and ask questions along the way. Here there is an opportunity to get feedback and find inspiration if doubts arise about using the equipment or training in general.
