REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. That's why we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means you can use JAAFIT PRO risk-free to test if it's for you.

Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to complete the return.

APPROVAL OF RETURNS
You do not necessarily lose your right of withdrawal even if the item is used, but a depreciation may be made upon refund if the item is no longer in its original condition.

The item must be without major signs of wear and must be returned in proper packaging (bag and cardboard box). If the item is significantly damaged, you may lose your right to a full refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 7-14 business days.

SHIPMENT
To return your product, please follow the instructions:

Under consumer law, you have the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt if you regret your purchase. You must notify us in writing of your decision and return the item no later than 30 days after notification.

If the return is due to a defect in the product or a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to cancellation, you are responsible for the costs of the return. We recommend using a shipping solution with tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package without confirmed delivery.
