PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you your money back or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

JAA APS accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. DELIVERY

JAA APS strives to ship orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping to parcel shops is free. Home delivery costs 29 kr.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Delivery times may be extended during busy periods.

PRE-SALE / PRE-ORDER

According to the legislation for consumer purchases in Denmark, payment is only taken when we ship your order, which also applies if we are sold out. You can therefore safely secure JAAFIT PRO at an extra sharp price. Until then, you will immediately receive our e-book with 38 delicious and healthy recipes.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. If you file a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. You can contact us at info-jaa-fit.dk to receive a free return label. If you choose to pay for shipping yourself, remember to keep a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund the amount. Contact us before you want to return your product to make the process as easy as possible.

REFUND

If it is a refund, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you have received the goods.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Should you regret your purchase, where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. To facilitate processing time, you are welcome to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods, and then they should be in the same condition as when you received them.

If the item has extraordinary signs of wear or damage other than that described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the product for 30 days.

REFUND

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

All training - both physical and online - is at your own risk.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for the House of Appeals.

In order to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: name, address, phone number and email address. We only record and share the information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you and handle any warranty obligations.

The personal data is registered with JAA APS and stored for five years in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act, after which it is deleted.

We work with data processors in and outside the EU who can provide adequate protection for your information. They only process data on our behalf.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority. Contact us at info@jaa-fit.dk for questions about your data.
